Overwhelmed

Quick update. I have been bad about updating. I am down about 42 pounds. I will keep plugging away!! I am up to walking 2 miles a day. Thank you Run With Nike. 

Here is a song I love love love by Big Daddy Weave. It is called Overwhelmed. I got up about midnight to use the bathroom and decided to turn my radio back on to go back to sleep and this song came on. I have heard it before. But I love it. Thought you would be blessed to hear it. I found a live version of them doing it :) Must see them in concert :)
