Today Is The Day

So my friend Kelly got a blog makeover done from a contest she won. And Matt Costner got a new blog makeover, so I decided let me see what I can do to make things look a little better. So I picked a new layout. I like it better than the other one. I also learned how to add buttons to my blog and I made sure I was listed on the following of a few people's blogs that i already follow, but well I was not coming up. But I promise I follow :)

I still cannot bring myself to listen to my Selah cds. I did listen to Selah when I was hanging out with Kelly, but when I am by myself not so much. One day I will I know it, but for now not so much. Well thank you Jesus that you have called many people to pursue Christian music. Enter Lincoln Brewster. I put on my Lincoln Brewster cd last night. I forgot how much I like it. I get my praise and worship on and it brings encouragement to my heart. I decided to do a little youtube search to see if there were anymore cool Lincoln Brewster videos. Badda bing badda boom there is. So today's video is a live performance of Lincoln Brewster singing Today is the Day. Yay!!

It makes me think of this verse: "This is the day the LORD has made;We will rejoice and be glad in it." I love that verse because it reminds you that today is indeed the day the Lord has made. We have to rejoice for today. He does not say rejoice for tomorrow is the day, but today. Not next week, but today. Not next month, but today. I like it because it also reminds me to take it one day at a time.

Okay here is the video. Get your praise on :)
